_____________
USER FRIENDLY
It's the devices your
customers can trust to perform reliably --- time and time again. The low
jam rate and high acceptance rate mean more transactions, less customer
frustration and greater vend profits. |

|
|
|
|
|
___________
DEPENDABLE
Other user friendly features:
increased bill capacity ensures ongoing service at high-volume sites.
Non-contact optical sensors eliminate pinch rollers; the smooth bill path
reduces jams. |

COMPATIBLE AND COMPACT
The unit is designed to
fit the same space as the VFM - but the elimination of an external control
board makes it more compact. More spacious mounting areas make
installation easier. It can handle all VFM3 interfaces, plus MDB. |

EASY, TIME-SAVING SETUP
The Series 2000's new
design ensures convenient access to all switches. Easy-to-read labels
explain switch settings. With the VN 2500, options can be easily
customized on-location via a simple-to-use configuration coupon. |

________
SECURITY
Fully-encased
optical sensors check paper type and the printing on both sides of a bill,
while optical cross-channel sensors examine the bill path for foreign
objects such as clear tape or strings. The Series 2000 rejects most of the
counterfeits accepted by ordinary bill acceptors - through the use of
multiple wavelength optical sensing and sophisticated data processing.
While no system can claim complete security, the Series 2000 sensors
greatly reduce vulnerability to both "yank cheating" and
counterfeits. |

LOW MAINTENANCE
With the streamlined
recognition system, sensors are embedded under the smooth plastic bill
path and the magnetic pinch roller has been eliminated, dramatically
reducing debris buildup and the need for cleaning. |

SALTING PROTECTION
The Series 2000's
enclosed sensors are designed to divert the liquid from
"salting" attempts. If salted the bill acceptor normally
recovers without the need for a service call - continuing to operate and
satisfy customers. |
